RS Group is hiring ambitious individuals looking to start or continue a career in sales and logistics.
We are not looking for “order takers.” We are looking for driven people who want to learn how to sell, communicate, solve problems, and grow professionally and make money.

Our sales team is built around mentorship, accountability, and continuous development. You’ll receive hands-on training in freight brokerage, customer development, negotiation, and relationship management while working alongside leaders with decades of industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound prospecting calls and emails
  • Learn the freight and logistics industry
  • Identify customer transportation needs
  • Build relationships with shippers and carriers
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Manage accounts and customer communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred not required
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Competitive personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Coachable and eager to learn
